- I offer a Picture Preview service for remote buyers
- I can research any property you find either by:

- Driving by a "for sale" sign
- Hearing about a home for sale
- Seeing a new home for sale by a builder
- I electronically (email) provide you with listed properties matching your criteria through my Automated Search Engine
- Arrange to show you any listed property that interests you
- Guide you through the home financing process from mortgage loan application through to the closing
- Keep you constantly updated on the progress of your purchase
